We have been coming here for 10 years! We really like Dr. Austead. I have never felt like he will do a cavity or crown unless it really needs it. I also love Emily the hygienist. They always remember me and somehow remember what we last talked about going on a trip my kids ete….Staff are very friendly. We have had issues with schedules. Where an appointment is emailed to me at a time but I put it in my phone as another time. A simple call fixed it. The dental rooms could use updating a simple painting or something nice to look at on the walls while waiting. Otherwise we have good experiences here.

Had a cleaning almost 6 months ago and had a great experience with all of the staff. They were super kind and knew exactly how to help me. The same thing goes for my wife who has her cleaning the same day. Yesterday we went in for my wifes wisdom tooth removal and everyone on the oral surgery team was so kind and talked her through her needle anxiety. She came out of it so relieved that it was done. Thanks to Dr. Porter and the rest of the support team we had there!
