I have major anxiety when it comes to the dentist, but I had severe pain on Monday night that I knew I had no choice but to go see a dentist. Dr. Austad was able to squeeze me in on Tuesday and he made the whole experience feel comfortable. They took excellent care of me and made my worries fade away. I will 100% recommend this dental practice to everyone. I really appreciate the time and effort that went into my appointment, and how caring the entire staff was! I worked with Megan, Layla (I think was her name) and Dr. Austad, and because of them I will return to this office. I have never had a routine dentist and now I feel comfortable to return to them for all my dental needs. Thank you!

Fabulous! I've been a patient for years now and I’ve always been impressed. Front desk, assistants, hygienists, Dr. Austad; they’re all wonderful. Love supporting a local business, with folks that care about their patients. The front desk is really nice, and they've been great at answering questions and helping me find appointments that fit my schedule, give me accurate quotes for treatment, etc. I appreciate their patience, as I tend to be someone with a lot of questions. I've seen two hygienists for bi-annual cleanings and they were both really on top of things and so encouraging and ready to give advice on creating the ideal oral health routine. I think it's really important and helpful to find a hygienist who hypes up progress and is willing to help you improve your oral health without any feelings of shame. That's been my experience here! If you're looking for someone to tell you constructively where to improve AND who will celebrate your oral health progress, this is the place for you. Yeah, nobody LIKES to floss every day, but celebrating healthy gums at your cleaning every 6 months because you flossed anyway and knowing your overall health is better off for it? Pretty great! Dr. Austad is fantastic. He’s honest, personable, and you can definitely tell he wants what is best for his patients. I think a lot of people are afraid of the dentist (due to fear of pain, financial issues, etc), but Austad is so skilled at making your visit as pain and fear-free as possible. The restorations he's done on my teeth have helped keep them strong and functional, and he does a great job of making the treatment process feel pretty darn seamless. I also appreciate his personability, it helps build trust and rapport. WONDERFUL dentist! I think it's fairly rare to find a dental office that has you leaving and returning with a smile on your face, but these folks are just really great at providing quality, friendly, and accesible dental care in our community. I'm really glad to be their patient, and will continue to be a customer for a very long time!
